I’ll review your inquiry and contact you to discuss the next step. Some questions can be answered from a description and photographs; others require an inspection before I can recommend work and confirm an estimate.

What happens next?

1. Tell me what you need. Include your instrument details, the symptoms and any particular preferences.
2. Arrange an assessment. We’ll discuss bringing the instrument in or arranging pickup. Any assessment charge will be explained before you commit.
3. Review the proposed work. You’ll receive the recommended scope and estimated cost for approval before repair work begins.

If additional work becomes necessary, I’ll contact you for approval before proceeding.

Drop-off and pickup

Customer drop-off is available by appointment. Pickup and delivery are also available for a quoted fee.
